Dropped Casing down Vee-door to catwalk

Description:
While removing casing from a geothermal, a joint of 10 3/4" casing came free from the elevators it was lifted with. It dropped down the Vee-door, and came to rest on the catwalk. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
