StayLive Work Control Procedures - A New Pathway to Competency!
We're excited to share the first step to a brand-new work control procedures (WCPs) competency journey...
The new October 2025 Work Control Procedures (WCP's) are now published
Why update?
Its been over 2 years since the WCP's in the new format were published and a lot has changed since then.
- We received feedback on possible improvements.
- We identified areas to better align with the WCP e-Learning material.
- The changes reflect a more risk-based approach consistent with legislation, WorkSafe guidance and the SM-EI's.
- We have removed detail now covered within the recently published 'Operating Orders and Isolation Instructions' and ' The Assurance' documents.
What are the changes?
- A table of amendments appears at the front of each document to highlight the changes and sections they appear in.
What consultation was undertaken?
- The WCP Group from seven member companies has circa 230 years' work controls experience. In addition, we consulted with respective organisation subject matter experts and made further improvements to help deliver quality industry support and guidance.
Replace any earlier versions
Don't forget to replace old WCP's with the new October 2025 publications.
