Fan Ring Dropped on Loading Bay Flo

Description
During a Hydro Rehab Project preassembly activity for G2. This event occurred when a rotor fan ring weighing 3,975kg was being lifted from a transport frame on a delivery truck using the power-house crane.
After preparation for removing the fan unit from the delivery truck, the lift commenced, and the weight of the load shifted causing the fan ring to strike the loading bay floor from .5m height.
