Working groups have been formed to develop solutions to industry-wide health and safety issues. The working groups in progress are noted below. Once a working group has completed their task the outcomes from the group are published as guidelines.

GPG305 Operating Orders Compiling and Actioning is being replaced with the Operating Orders & Isolation Instruction document
Why Change?
- GPG305 was overdue for a review (the last review 2016)
- The opportunity to align with StayLive WCP's content and format
What are the changes?
- Clearer guidance for compiling, checking & actioning activities
- Guidance on Isolation Instructions (limited Asset Owner use)
- Updated templates and forms
- Flow diagrams to guide the critical steps
- The information is presented in a more logical way to aid understanding and application
We need your feedback
- Use the link to review the new Operating Orders & Isolation Instruction document
- Use the link to the feedback form. Select Open in Desktop App, when it opens - save the form to your PC/OneDrive.
- Edit it with comments.
- Submit the feedback by emailing to Work Control Procedures Group by the 14th June
What will happen next?
- The WCP Group will review the feedback and make any necessary changes
- The final documents to be published June 2024
- The superseded GPG305 document will be withdrawn
The WCP Group will continue to review and update other guidance material.
