Scheduled maintenance was taking place on the sluice chamber. Despite the switch mechanism indicating that the circuit was isolated, it was found to still be live after testing was done. Another good reminder to always 'prove test prove'.

While carrying out the confined space task on the Unit 2 blade inspections in the turbine hall a worker picked up a personal gas monitor from Operations as the Chemistry Lab, who normally issue the monitors, was closed during the weekend.
